II.          Selection          

After carefully evaluated the Curriculum Vitas H & R together with its international partners

  • Performs preliminary interview and identifies the strong and weak points of the candidates with the use of scientific methods such as personality tests intelligence test etc,

  • It discusses with the customer the results of the search and preliminary interview

  • it presents information and a satisfactory amount of candidates /CVs

  • Secures written references of past experience, achievements and personal characteristics of the candidate   

  • Participates with the employer in carrying out final interview and advising on selection decisions. With the use of high tec camera H & R offers the opportunity to the employer to view (VIA VIDEOCONFERENCING) the candidate and perform a more thorough interview
