II. Selection
After carefully evaluated the Curriculum Vitas H & R together with its international partners
Performs preliminary interview and identifies the strong and weak points of the candidates with the use of scientific methods such as personality tests intelligence test etc,
It discusses with the customer the results of the search and preliminary interview
it presents information and a satisfactory amount of candidates /CVs
Secures written references of past experience, achievements and personal characteristics of the candidate
- Participates with the employer in carrying out final interview and advising on selection decisions. With the use of high tec camera H & R offers the opportunity to the employer to view (VIA VIDEOCONFERENCING) the candidate and perform a more thorough interview
